Organic, half-baked pizzas made with The Ecology Center’s farm-fresh vegetables, Rumiano grass-fed cheese, Rye Goods naturally leavened sourdough, and Seka Hills olive oil. 10 - 12” pizza serves two. For a perfectly baked pie, cook for 8 minutes in a 425 degree oven.
